We are looking for a Junior Infrastructure Engineer to join the CloudLinux Infrastructure team. Our team is responsible for a wide range of tasks - from managing access and providing compute resources and internal services to developing infrastructure projects and automation.

Responsibilities
As part of the Infrastructure team, you will be responsible for tracking and resolving tasks such as:
User management, including onboarding, offboarding, and access management
Provisioning new hosts and maintaining existing production servers across bare metal, public cloud, and private cloud environments
Managing DNS records, domain registrations, renewals, transfers, and decommissioning
Performing security-related tasks, including firewall configuration and regular operating system updates
Monitoring infrastructure, responding to alerts and incidents, and ensuring minimal disruption to services
Handling requests through the Jira ticketing system within agreed response times
Creating new services and integrating them into the existing infrastructure based on specifications provided by development teams
Developing and implementing CI/CD pipelines to automate routine administration tasks
Writing and maintaining clear documentation for services, tasks, and procedures
Good working knowledge of RHEL-based operating systems, including CentOS and AlmaLinux
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
Experience with different compute environments, including bare metal servers, virtual machines, and containers
Basic understanding of infrastructure and service monitoring
Familiarity with Ansible or other configuration management tools
Proficiency in spoken and written English, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation
Ability and eagerness to learn new concepts quickly, investigate problems independently, and find effective solutions
